Why Do You Want to Be a Business Major?

This is a question that I have never thought about. I just found a career I was interested in

and went with that major. While being asked that question, it made me think hard. I want to be a

business major because I would like to know how the business world works. I would also find a

job fairly quick because there will always be a high demand for individuals with a good business

education. Every company will always need a person who has been trained to organize, plan, and

manage.

Also, being a business major, I will always have options. I will be opened to a wide range

of possibilities for different career options. I would like to have a lot of options when going into

the field of business. If I have more options, I don’t feel so constricted to being stuck doing the

same job for my entire life. I could explore all my options and see what the best option for me is

truly. And knowing that every company is always looking for a person with those skills will

always be helpful when looking for jobs.

Also, with this degree, I could start out with a high salary with any job that I could get. I

am an impulsive buyer so me being able to support that habit is very important. When I buy

things just because it makes me happy and brightens my whole day. I also wanted to live
comfortably. I would like to own a tesla one day and live in a nice house and be able to send my

kids to college or any other education after high school.

I just want to succeed in life and if I cant do that then I know I haven’t lived my life to

my full potential and not only would I be letting myself down but I would be letting down my

future family and my parents. I don’t want my parents money they spent on my college tuition

and any other financial support I have needed through out my college experience to go to waste.

I just want to make my parents proud. My parents have done so much for me and it’s the least I

could do to repay them.
