Thesis Statement and Meal Plan

Lowering the drinking and tobacco age to 18 would solve many problems. It would stop

teen drinking and the binge drinking teens do. When something is illegal it seems more desirable

to a “minors” eyes. Lowering this would reduce that desire. Also, when you turn 18 you are

considered a legal adult, thus being able to be accepted for a credit card, go into the military and

lots of other things. So, when you are a legal adult you should be able to make decisions about

something like drinking or smoking.
