To whom it may concern,

It is my pleasure to write this letter in support of Tiffany Green. As Tiffany’s supervisor during
her student internship with Front Steps Housing and Services in the spring of 2020, I met with
her frequently to assign responsibilities and discuss the agency’s protocol. I was impressed with
Tiffany’s initiative, leadership qualities and ability to meet deadlines. Tiffany became a valued
member of the Front Steps team, and I am confident that Tiffany’s exceptional skills,
professional attitude and personal qualities will allow her to excel in her career goals.
As case manager intern, Tiffany had a number of responsibilities. She worked with clients
enrolled to the agency and members of staff on various projects, including therapeutic group
sessions, individual case sessions, intake coordination and community support. Tiffany displayed
great enthusiasm with organization and planning while engaging with clients independently.
Tiffany has been instrumental in coordinating telehealth groups in support of COVID-19
pandemic social distancing order. It clear that Tiffany has a passion for working with clients in
the social services field.
As a Human Services student at Cuyahoga Community College, Tiffany brought knowledge of
motivational interviewing skills and confidence in using them with clients. Tiffany displayed
superb communication skills and was receptive to feedback having the ability to demonstrate
changes in her work thereafter. Tiffany’s attention to detail and self motivation allowed her to
work independently with clients on case sessions and proper documentation.
