Circuit Training: A series oI various timed stations Ior a heart pumping endurance and strength training. 45- minute workout.
Interval Training: Alternating endurance and strength moves Ior Iunctional training (to improve the quality oI daily activities).
Spinning: A mind and body workout on a stationary bike to achieve total cardiovascular Iitness. (Release your inner athlete)
Super Tone: Alternating endurance and strength moves Ior Iunctional training (to improve the quality oI daily activities).

Lunch Hour of Power A great, high intensity, Iun, challenging, lunch hour class. This class is designed to challenge your cardio, coordination, balance, agility, strength, and mind. All while packed into your lunch hour. 30- 45 minutes this class will be a challenge to everyone but can be done by beginners
