Class Descriptions

Aqua-Fit : Conducted in the therapy pool, to
promote strength and endurance, using buoyancy
to increase Ilexibility. A beneIicial class Ior all
Iitness levels. Swimming proIiciency is not
required.


Circuit Training:
A series oI various timed stations Ior a heart
pumping endurance and strength training. 45-
minute workout.


Interval Training:
Alternating endurance and strength moves Ior
Iunctional training (to improve the quality oI daily
activities).


Spinning:
A mind and body workout on a stationary bike to
achieve total cardiovascular Iitness. (Release your
inner athlete)


Super Tone:
Alternating endurance and strength moves Ior
Iunctional training (to improve the quality oI daily
activities).


Step Aerobics:
An energetic cardio workout using the step to
sculpt and tone the body while providing an
intense cardiovascular workout.


Lunch Hour of Power
A great, high intensity, Iun, challenging, lunch
hour class. This class is designed to challenge your
cardio, coordination, balance, agility, strength, and
mind. All while packed into your lunch hour. 30-
45 minutes this class will be a challenge to
everyone but can be done by beginners










Wellness:
Improve your posture, balance, strength, and
Ilexibility. Recommended Ior seniors and beginner
exercisers.


Yoga Stretch:
To help you Iind balance, Ilexibility, and
relaxation, through a series oI stretches and poses.
This class oIIers increased strength and posture.
Relax and enioy!


Vinyasa Yoga:
A Iitness based yoga that Iocuses on breathing
with movement providing opportunities to develop
strength while drawing personal Iocus inward
towards well being.

Zumba
A Latin inspired dance-Iitness, dynamic, exciting
and exhilarating. EIIective and Iun this class is
sure to get your blood pumping.
