TO All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned

In line with the filingisubmission of the BIR Form No. 1604-CF, including the
Alphabetical List of Employees/Payees frorn Whom Taxes Wpre Withheld (alphalist), the
deadline is further extended from February 28" 2020 to March 11,.2020. Moreover, the
deadlines of subn-rission ofthe-fotlowing fornrs; BIR Form No. 2316 and the BIR Form No.
1604-E, together with its.alphalist, are hereby extendod to March 3 1,2029-

All revenue officials, employees, and others concerned are hereby enjoined to give this
Circular as wide a publicity as possible.
