AIR BALANCING IN EXISTING HVAC

SYSTEM
• Air balancing aims to correct the airflow issues and evenly
distribute temperatures throughout.
• The process requires testing and modifying an existing HVAC
system in order to deliver the optimal flow of air conditioning
to every space in the premises.
• In current scenario, Air Balancing is needed in Existing
System because the central HVAC system has not been
installed with Dampers only Grills have been Installed which
is causing unbalanced Air Flow across the premises.
• In order to optimize the Air Flow Balancing, Dampers
installation work needs to be carried out at all the Air Flow
branches of the Duct.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Checking and Testing of Existing HVAC System- Done
• Finding the cause of Un-Even or Un-Controlled Air conditioning
across Premises, other than the Absence of the Dampers.- Done
• Creating a List of Corrective Measures to be Taken.- Done
• Proposing an Estimation of Total Project Cost.- Done
• Work needs to be done:
• A. Removing and Re-fixing of Existing Linear Grills.
• B. Supply and Installation of New Dampers.
• C. Repairing of the damaged ceiling due to the execution of AC
work where ever required.
• D. Painting Work after completion of Air Balancing Work.
• E. Testing of the Air Balance post completion of work.
• The Above said work shall be carried out post Approval and Issue of
PO & Advance payment.
