Figure 1 shows the relationship between the independent variable and the
dependent variables. Dependent variable shows the different treatments in terms of
amount of star apple extract used in the experiment. Independent variable shows the
different effect of varying concentration of star apple extract on cupcakes in terms of
sweetness, fluffiness, texture, color and aroma.
