Synonyms
Corrodes copper and its alloys. Reacts violently
Ethanol, 2-[(2-aminoethyl)amino] with acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
N-(β-Hydroxyethyl)-Ethylenediamine Absorbs carbon dioxide from air. May discolor in
N-(2-Aminoethyl)-Ethanolamine contact with air.

Appearance clear, viscous liquid Intermediate in the manufacture of surfactants,
Assay min. 99.5% (GLC and KF titr.) sequestering agents, cationic textile softeners,
Ethylenediamine max. 100 ppm (GLC) antistatic agents, corrosion inhibitors,
Water max. 0.2 % (KF titr.) insecticides, etc.
