Two overlapping pieces of Dekstrip® can be sealed
using a heat gun*, making corner fixing neat and fast

underneath to provide firm support while rubber is
hot). Do not use sharp tools when forming after
heating).
* Suitable for sealing new Dekstrip® only. Use of heat gun
applies to Dekstrip® manufactured after July 2004. If in doubt,

After installation, and preferably after a period of
‘weathering’, Dekstrip® can be painted with any good
quality 100% acrylic paint after priming with an
expoxy resin-based primer. See www.deks.com.au
