To Whom it May Concern,

I recommend Madison Foshee for any position in your school. It has been my pleasure to know
Madison and work with her for over a year. I first came to know her as a reliable source to help
my teenage daughter. This last fall, I was thrilled that she was placed on my Trailblazer Team at
McNair Middle School as an intern under Cassie Spencer.

I was completely impressed with Miss Foshee’s ability to help get Mrs. Spencer’s classroom and
our Trailblazer Pod get ready to start the 2019-2020 school year. She has the unique ability to
know what needs to be done and complete it without being asked or prompted. She seamlessly
worked with our team and staff to successfully start this year. Our Trailblazer Team has never
had a school year start this easily. This is in part to Madison’s assistance and organization. She
will be a highly organized and efficient teacher in establishing school and classroom
procedures.

Madison established a solid rapport with children in our pod. She makes a sincere effort to get
to know children and develop a relationship with them. The Trailblazer students adore Miss
Foshee and missed her when she wasn’t in our building for her second placement. When our
students learned that she would be back at McNair for her third placement, they cheered but
then were immediately upset that she would not be in our pod. She will be an effective teacher
in engaging students by developing a foundation of sincere relationships.
