The artifact is a very long term paper that I wrote for English.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts/assignments?

I chose this because I put a ton of time and effort into the assignment and got a good score.

What academic skills did you use that are specific to this artifact/assignment?
Being engaged because it took a lot of attention and effort to do.

What general academic skills did you use (skills that would be used in any academic class)?
​Research skills because I had to do a lot of research to write the paper.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this
Artifact/Assignment? Explain.
Yes because one of my soft skills was being engaged and I was able to stay engaged and on task
to complete the assignment. It also helped with study skills because I was able to make a set time
to do research and study.
