verifying the completeness and accuracy of MOVs and other observations and comments on the space provided.
(b) In case of discrepancies, accurate data should be indicated under the MOV verification column.
(c) All members of the APT are to affix their signatures at the bottom of every page of this DCF.
(d) In case of a correction, the APT Leader must affix signature beside the corrected item.
