Grading scheme
In the Spanish university system, modules/courses are graded on a scale of 0 to
10 points with the following qualitative equivalence:
0-4.9: "suspenso"; 5-6.9: "aprobado"; 7-8.9: "notable"; 9-10: "sobresaliente". A
special mention, "Matrícula de Honor" may be granted to up to 5% of the
students in a group provided they have got a "sobresaliente". To pass a
module/course it is necessary to get at least 5 points.

In cases of recognition of ECTS, professional experience, cultural or sports


activities, or student representation no grading will be recorded but, where
appropiate, the word "Apto".

INFORMATION ON THE FUNCTION OF THE QUALIFICATION


Access to further study
This qualification gives access to Doctoral studies, provided that the student
has completed a minimum of 300 ECTS in the overall teachings of Bachelor and
Master.
Stated objectives associated with the qualification and professional status (if
applicable)
Possess advanced knowledge and detailed and informed understanding of the
conceptual, methodological and technological tools for research and highly
specialized work in the field of Social Work. Knowing efficiently locate and
interpret sources of information theory and practices and apply knowledge to
solve complex multidisciplinary problems and unpublished. Knowing define,
document and argue from the point of view of methodology, scientific,
administrative, legal and ethical protocols complex, innovative and sustainable
intervention, adapting to unprecedented socio-economic and psychological
contexts. Demonstrate mastery of the advanced techniques of interpersonal,
inter-mediation, and between different social environments, media, cultural
and political.

Increase knowledge and skills of the professionals of social work, enhancing


their scientific training and competence to develop research that could lead to
the defense of doctoral theses in the field of our discipline. Analyze the
characteristics, problems and trends of development of the welfare state and
social services, as the exercise of professional social workers and develops in
certain areas, it responds to demands of the population, and have a direct
relationship with notion of democratic citizenship. Deepening the various
methodologies of social intervention, providing qualified information and
experiences from research projects led by teachers of the Master, who can face
new and old challenges to social inclusion. Interacting digitally.
