1. When receptionist clicks the past seen button on reception tab, she cannot see today’s list.
What can be the problem? How will you help them to solve the problem?
Ans. To solve this issue i'll tell receptionist to please check the internet connectivity or
he/she need to restart the app and if he/she still faces the issue please contact to me so that
i can forward it to the back-end team

2. A patient is diagnosed on our system. When receptionist clicks ‘send invoice’ button, patient
is not receiving invoice. What are the cases where patient will not receive invoice? List all
cases.
Ans. There can be three reasons:
a. Appointment is made without patient no.
b.message service is not activate from back-end team.
c.patient mobile network issue.

3. How will you help doctor to connect bamboo with tab over phone call? Explain step by step
process.
Ans. Open the athancare app in both the tab and connect both tab with same wifi and then
press the button of bamboo slate untill blue light appears and once the bamboo slate gets
connected then after that a pop-up will appear on the screen of doctor tab to press the
button of bamboo slate to confirm the connection.

4. When bottomsheet opens on doctor tab, doctor is not able to see patients previous record,
payment etc. What can be the mistake in this case?
Ans. In this case the only reason which i found is the network issue.

5. How can a doctor see all his upcoming appointments, revisits marked for that day in doctor
tab?
Ans. Doctor can see upcoming appointment and revisits marked for that day by just clicking
the options upcoming appointment and expected visit on the home screen of the doctors
app.
