Workplace Exposures
 A person who was in a closed environment (e.g. office, meeting room, or other
shared spaces) with a confirmed COVID-19 case for 15 minutes or more and at a
distance of less than 6 feet is considered a higher risk of exposure
 Send home any employee who meets the first criteria. Instruct them to self-
quarantine at home for 14 days and contact their healthcare provider immediately
if they experience symptoms.
 According to CDC guidelines, there is no identifiable risk when walking by or being
briefly in the same room as an individual with COVID-19.
