It is with great pleasure that I recommend Jacqueline Nichole Broome for a position as an art
teacher. I worked with Ms. Broome as a Winthrop Intern for the fall semester of 2019 at
Springfield Elementary School. She was pleasant and amicable. Therefore, she quickly became a
part of the Related Arts Team. She has sound knowledge of the South Carolina Visual Arts
Standards as well as the National Art Standards. She is a highly motivated and competent
professional. She worked with the students in a kind and caring manner, yet she was able to
maintain classroom management. She was very prompt and well-organized. There is no doubt
in my mind that Ms. Broome will be an asset to any faculty and staff as an art teacher.
