1. Human behavior? I know about e-color since that what chevron used a lot. But in my
mind, those category is only to help explaining people. Human behavior is unique to
each individual and somewhat unpredictable (unlike machine!). However it is important
to be self aware and knows others so you can adjust your communication style
according to the people you meet.
2. Yes. Organization is about its people and teamwork. Every organization will have its
objectives. Organizational Behavior (OB) is the study of human behavior in
organizational settings, the interface between human behavior and the organization, and
the organization itself. Therefore, Organizational behavior is directly concerned with the
understanding, prediction, and control of human behavior in organizations.
3. Managers need to learn about OB because in order for an organization to successfully
meet its organization goal, managers should understand how it the best way to ensure
all members behave in coordination to achieve the shared goals.
