Clinical signs of heart failure in the older child include tachycardia,

tachypnea, rales or wheezes, gallop rhythm, hepatomegaly, and edema

Acute glomerulonephritis:- In addition to edema, clinical findings include

hypertension, hematuria and proteinuria, cola-colored
urine, and/or azotemia.

Nephrotic syndrome — The classic findings of this disorder include

marked proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, and hyperlipidemia, along with
generalized edema.
