Hi!
My name is Harry the giraffe
I’m very beautiful
And the kindest giraffe in the world
All kids are my friends,
And I help them to fall asleep
I’m ready to come to each of you!

2 Page. My magic buttons

Are placed near each window
Only I can see them

3 Page. And if the red button is on

I’m in a hurry to help
My very l-o-o-o-n-g neck reaches
The window, where You live

So, let’s start!

4 Page. Eric from the 1st floor

Doesn’t want to sleep alone
I say: “You are not alone! Sit on my neck
I will lull you and come every day
With my new fairy tale.”

5 Page. Oh! It seems Eric is falling asleep…

 Well, the task is done!

6 page. On the 3rd floor Emily has a fear of darkness.

I tell her: “Hi, Emily! Keep calm and
Take my magic night-light
It will light your room while you sleep!”

7 Page. She is happy and puts it on the table

Then the little girl falls fast asleep…
Now everything is good here. I’m happy!

8 Page. I go down to the 2nd floor

Here Mark is afraid of monsters.
I tell him: “Mark, there are no monsters at all!
Take this giraffe toy; it will be with you”

9 Page. The happy boy lays his toy on the pillow

And is falling asleep calmly …
I love my job so much!

10 Page. My neck is on the 4th floor now

Here Peter pulls the cat’s tail and laughs loudly
I say: “Put a cat in the basket and go to bed”
Animals are our friends and need our love!”

11 Page. Peter says: “I will love my cat, I promise!”

 After my fairy tale the boy is falling asleep…

12 Page. What is the noise on the 5th floor?

Kate and Leo can’t play with their toys together
They don’t want to sleep at all! I tell them:
“You should not hurt each other.
You are brother and sister!”

13 Page. My story about friendship makes them calm

Kate and Leo are sleeping soon too…

14 Page. And now the last window on the 6th floor

Little Lilly is upset.
There is a hedgehog toy under her sheet!
I say: “Lilly, how can you sleep?
I take the toy off and Lilly smiles.

15 Page. I tell her a fairy tale about a kind hedgehog

And she falls asleep quickly…

16 Page. To each house and each window

Comes a big, kind nanny- Harry the giraffe
With a long neck and big brown eyes
Bringing its magic gifts and stories

17 Page. And says: “I’m in a hurry to you

Only wait for me and I will help you!
18 page. All the kids are sleeping in their beds
It’s time to go home
My family is waiting for me too
I miss them very much

19 Page. Here is my beautiful house

Not far from the park

20 Page. I come into the house

All the rooms are clean
Toys are in their places

21 Page. And my kids Annie and Johnny

Are already sleeping in their beds
They always go to bed on time
I love them so much!

22 Page. That’s all for today

I’m so tired…
And ready to go to sleep
On my five big pillows

23 Page. Tomorrow will be a new day

With new tasks

Sweet dreams
and good night, my little friends!
