I have hhad the pleasure of working with her over the last year as she intemed for over 600 hours at Wildwood Elementary, in the Puyallup School District. As the assistant principal, I was able to observe her in multiple sensitive situations where she displayed professionalism, sensitivity, and care. Her most impressive quality is her rapport with students and staff. She builds and maintains strong relationships with staff and students. She has patience with students, listens thoughtfully and carefully before she speaks, and creates a safe and welcoming environment. She is detail oriented and follows through with the tasks that come her way.
