My name is Juan Guillermo Obando Ruiz, I am 27 years old, I am a technician in
environmental management, I am from La Dorada Caldas, I am currently studying industrial
engineering, my favorite hobbies are reading, watching videos on YouTube and exercising, I
also like to watch documentaries about nature and wildlife

First of all what I do when mel evanto is brushing

and in the second place I take a shower and find out where I organize myself to do
homework but I also make a good breakfast with coffee, eggs, arepas and breakfast bread
and then there is my
 My homework, and after that I do some exercise

Then I lie down for a while to listen to music and watch videos
Also pepe climbs, pepe is my cat, is 2 years old
He is very spoiled, and he loves to be caressed, I caress him and then he falls asleep in my
bed, I get up I stretch and I put food to Pepe, then it takes half a day lunch

And I hope it's 2:00 in the afternoon to go to work

I get to my job I greet my work mates
I change my uniform, I wear my personal protection elements (e.p.i) and then we take an
active pause
And then there is if we start work until 7:00 p.m.

 That we stop for dinner and after that we continue working until
10:00 at night that we leave work, I get home, rest, take a shower, put on my pajamas, and
then go to bed
