#Better Things - According to the Greatest Songwriter Who Ever Lived

Hebrews 11:40 (KJV) God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be
made perfect.
 
INTRO. The Psalmist (David) - a very experienced man that he expressed it in hundreds of songs.
He knows things that are "better".
 
1. A Little of the Righteous - Better Than the Riches of the Wicked
Psalm 37:16 (KJV) A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.
 
2. God's Lovingkindness - Better Than Life
Psalm 63:3 (KJV) Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
 
3. A Song and Thanksgiving - Better Than An Ox or Bullock
Psalm 69:30 (KJV) I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
31 This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
 
4. A Day in God's House - Better Than a Thousand Days in the Wicked's Tents
Psalm 84:10 (KJV) For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the

TIMES BETTER than we do.
