 Engineers have become an indispensable
segment of the world’s performance.

The engineer manager may be assigned to
head a small engineering unit of the firm,
but not too many firms have this unit.
2. LEVELTWO – those with moderate degree
of engineering jobs like transportation
companies.
The engineer maybe assigned to head the
engineering division. Management is now
applicable.
3. LEVEL THREE – those with a high degree of
engineering jobs like construction firms.
Provides the biggest opportunity for an
engineer to become president or general
manager. The engineer manager can’t
function effectively without adequate
management skills.
