There are 3C principle which decision makers analyze when making decisions. They are Consistency, Comprehensiveness and Continuity. Consistency is vital to regulate the decision scrutiny process to enable the consistent of decision making. Comprehensiveness is important in decision making process to maintain the right trail of decision analysis. Continuity is the continuous process of creating and filtering decisions during a course of project. For a decision maker or project manager, the whole decision making process is not only to plan and manage but also to solve the decision making problems. Decision making process is not structured exactly instead, it is varying according to the changes of companies and projects.
