The Structural design of the above named project located at (Alhaji Ganiyu Adeoye street, peace land estate,

ogombo town, Eti-osa LGA,lagos state) was done by us. The design was done in accordance to standards in relevant

codes of practice (B.S. 8110, B.S. 8004 etc.). The Design was carried out carefully, catering for Ultimate Limit States

and Serviceability Limit States (designed to resist cracking, deflection, vibrations and other deformations).

We would be available to supervise the structural aspects of this project provided there is a signed

agreement between the client and our company which would entail the details of engaging us and the scope of work

for which the client requires our services.

However, we would not bear any responsibility for any structural failures or defects from a project not

supervised by us.
