Scenario :

Patient came to the doctor last night, he felt

that he lost a weight, his wound on his foot
cant be healing and need more time to dry, he
feel exhausted often than before. He also felt
easily hungry and thirsty. Patient also feel that
his feet have a tingling sensation. He also feel
stiff and achy at the nape of the neck. Patient
also feel he has sexual dysfunction.

Patient works at auditor board of Republic

Indonesia. He rarely exercise, like to eat
chocolate, candy, quail egg, offal and durian.
Patient dislike vegetable and smoke 6
cigarettes a day.

History of disease : uncontrolled diabetic for
past 3 years

History of medicine : Glibenclamide already

for 3 years but didn’t drink it regularly and
didn’t do a regular check
