Insomnia is not a disease but it is a sleep disorder that frequently affects millions of people around
the world. In short, it is difficult for people with insomnia to fall asleep or stay asleep. This
condition may lead to many health problems such as stroke, asthma attack and inflammation.
To reduce the disease, people with insomnia have to keep regular sleep hours. This is because
getting to bed and waking up at roughly the same time every day is getting to make their body sleep
better. Choose a moment when you're likely to feel exhausted and asleep. Secondly, they must do
exercise regularly such as swimming or walking. Its can help relieve some of the tension built up
over the day. Lastly, they must cut down the on caffeine. Cut down on caffeine in tea, coffee, energy
drinks or colas, especially in the evening. Caffeine interferes with the cycle of falling asleep, and
also prevents deep sleep. Instead, have a warm, milky drink or herbal tea. This suggestion may help
the people with insomnia can have a better lifestyle and can make a world of difference to their
quality of sleep.
