1. Go to https://booking3.hkexpress.com/en/Search/Voucher
2. Fill in your Voucher number and click “Find Voucher”
3. Choose your flights according to below applicable route and
travel period
4. Select the flights that are displayed as “HKD 1”, only these
flights are applicable for the voucher redemption
Booking Details 5. Fill in the Guest details and select any necessary add ons
6. On the payment page, after filling in your contact details, please
fill in your Voucher number again and click “Retrieve Voucher”
7. Voucher details will be displayed and click “Apply Voucher
Payment”
8. Voucher will be used for deducting fare amount only
9. Pay the remaining balance (tax and fuel surcharges and any
other fees) with credit card

Terms and Conditions

1. The winner of the air ticket awarded must be the travelling party, this is non-transferable. All winners’ names logged
within HK Express’ Registration System shall be final.
2. Winner must be aged 12 years or above.
3. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers.
4. This voucher is only applicable in paying fare amount. Airport taxes, airport security fees, fuel surcharges and any other
fees are not included. Please settle the remaining balance with credit card.
5. This voucher can only redeem once. Any remaining amount left unused will be forfeited.
6. This voucher must be redeemed on or before 3 January 2019.
7. Journeys must be completed on or before 11 March 2019. No extension is allowed.
8. If you have companion to travel together, please purchase from official website directly to secure the best deal once
your own booking is confirmed.
9. All tickets issued cannot be changed to other flights, routes or travel dates. Other Terms and Conditions apply.
10. There are a limited number of tickets available for each destination. The reservation is designated on a first-come, first-
served basis. If the available promotional seats for the selected flights are full, please select another travel period
again.
11. The winner is responsible for obtaining a valid visa for the destination, if necessary.
12. Air tickets are non-refundable; terms and conditions apply.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of HK Express shall be final.
