My name is Rouà Labbaoui. Newly graduate from the National Institute of Applied
Sciences and Technology (INSAT) in Tunis, Tunisia. I am specialized in Industrial Biology
Engineering. I got my degree with top honors.
I am very interested in dairy products manufacturing, their development and innovation. I
have gained solid knowledge in dairy manufacturing, its conservation and control through
my internship in Vitalait dairy industry in Mahdia, Tunisia. I have worked in the production
sites of pasteurized milk, fermentated milk, butter and fresh cream. I have also assessed the
input milk quality as well as the final product quality. In addition, I have deepened my
knowledge through internships in other food processing industries such as in oil and soap
factory and in the imported/exported foodstuff control laboratory as it is mentioned in my
CV. My two international internships in India in medicinal chemistry and
nanobiotechnology have also driven me to develop my skills by facing different work
culture and a unique knowledge and education system.
As from my side I made to a conclusion about Mondelèz Industry as the basic work force
behind the success of dairy products. Its extendedness in the various dairy products trading
all over the world made of it one of the largest companies in the market. Its satisfactory
strategy using the most sophisticated advanced and hygienic technologies inspired me to
start building a strong career within Mondelèz industry. Therefore, I would like to work
for your esteemed company in any vacancies related to R&D or commercial
management. As I am from an Arab mother tongue background and excellent in French
and German, my level of communication with the local and international clients would be
so pleasing. Also, I am polyvalent and flexible; I like working in different fields enclosing
the engineering globe mainly the industrialization and management. I learn very fast and I
love conducting researches and projects. Moreover, I like working in teams; I joined
trainings to learn about leadership, communication skills and management, and I got the
ability to adapt easily with any work conditions.
