In the morning, I don’t eat breakfast because I don’t have the appetite to do so.

I eat whenever
it’s lunch time. For lunch it’s usually with or without rice, depending on my mood, and
vegetables and meat. For dinner I eat whatever food is present, sometimes junk foods or just
plain bread. I also normally drink 3 to 5 glasses of water a day, which I know is a bad practice.
This diet of mine often affects my physical and mental performance in my daily life. I always feel
tired, unmotivated and sleepy every now and then. It’s weird that I don’t catch colds or any
illness with this kind of lifestyle.

Ergogenic aids are ingested to enhance energy utilization in athletes. In my opinion, Ergogenic aids
should not be banned. It’s the athlete’s choice whether to intake one or not. Yes, these aids help athletes
boost their performance, but they should know that it can manipulate their physical appearances, such as
weight gain and more. The athletes must know their limits, for these Ergogenic aids has its advantage
and disadvantages.

There are lots of opportunities when it comes to STEM students because it deals with
everything, and the concepts in where the STEM students learn are a major element when it
comes to sports. Careers such as Personal Trainer, Sport Psychologist, Nutritionist, sports
engineer and other more careers relate to every aspect of sports, from building stadiums, to
coaching, video analysis, and designing the fastest formula.
