3. Program profile and setting
3-1. Manual profile: speed / incline. Default: min.
3-2. User Profile: Default: min. When the default is set, it will be stored; when the incline is regulated, it
will get back to default=min.
3-3. In the profile window, the speed and incline of each program will display automaticly, the
interval
time is 5s. The profile window is 8*8 dot matrix. It can only display 8 profile when the process is
carrying out. Therefore, when the quantity of the setting profile is beyond 8, it will adopt the
progressive display, namely the first line of the profile will flicker, then turn to the second line. The
first line will move automaticly and the second line will become the first line……the ninth line
become the eighth line, the window is full with lines until the final profile become the eighth line.
The profile will get back to its original state after the alarm of the end of the profile operation.
3-4. The window will be floating display from the first line under the stop state. The revolving lamp will
display and the window will show speed profile under the stop state. (The floating means are the
same as 3-3.)

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

WALKING BELT CENTERING AND TENSION ADJUSTMENT

The walking belt may occasionally need to be centered and tightened.
TO ADJUST WALING BELT TENSION:
● Run treadmill at approximately 3.5 mph.

● Using Allen wrench, turn both the right and left

adjustment bolts ONE full turn clockwise.

● If slipping continues during use, repeat above steps.

NOTE: It is recommended that the allen wrench clip

be attached to a convenient spot on the treadmill.

And the allen wrench kept in the clip.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the walking belt. This may

cause reduced motor performance and excessive roller

wear.

NOTE: When properly tightened, the sides of belt can

be raised approximate 2-3 inches off the board.

TO CENTER WALKING BELT:
● Place treadmill on a level surface.

● Run treadmill at approximately 3.5 mph.

● If the belt has drifted to the right, turn the right adjusting bolt 1/2 turn clockwise and the left adjusting bolt 1/2

turn counterclockwise.

● If the belt has drifted to the left, turn the left adjusting bolt 1/2 turn clockwise and the right adjusting bolt 1/2 turn

clockwise and the right adjusting bolt 1/2 turn counterclockwise.

WARNING: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE TREADMILL FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET BEFORE CLEANING OR
SERVICING THE UNIT.

CLEANING

General cleaning or the unit will greatly prolong the treadmill.

Keep treadmill clean by dusting regularly. Be sure to clean the exposed part of the deck on either side of the

walking belt and also the side rails. This reduces the build up of foreign material underneath the walking belt.

The top of the belt may be cleaned with a wet, soapy cloth. Be careful to keep liquid away from inside the

motorized treadmill frame or from underneath the belt. Warning: Always unplug the treadmill from the

electrical outlet before removing the motor cover. At least once a year remove the motor cover and vacuum

under the motor cover.

WALKING BELT AND DECK LUBRICATION

This treadmill is equipped with a pre-lubricated, low maintenance deck system. The belt/ deck friction

may play a major role in the function and life of your treadmill, thus requiring periodic lubrication. We

recommend a periodic inspection of the deck.

We recommend lubrication of the deck according to the following timetable:

Light user (less than 3 hours/ week) annually

Medium user (3-5 hours/ week) every six months

Heavy user (more than 5 hours/ week) every three months
