What is BIM and its importance?

It is a building information modeling (BIM) program, it is a new digital construction

modeling system that allows the reduction of waste of time in the design and development
of new constructions, inciting a peak in the use of new systems and tools that are dynamic
in 3D mode. Due to its important and advanced interface, it facilitates the management of
the program and its rapid understanding in the implementation for said construction model
as time progresses, it takes on a greater presence in different topics and places in the world
due to its innovative joint work methodology for the management of a construction project.
In the Manual there is a useful resource so that whenever you are faced with new
terms and ideas related to BIM in the course of your work or study, you will find help and a
possible solution to the problems you have. A complete first reading of the manual can give
a first impression of the program, although it is not essential, of course, the best way to
understand at a deeper level the changes and updates of the BIM program, which bring
greater benefits to the industry of construction.
With the development in the last twenty years of BIM technologies, management in
the branch of blueprint design and drawing of construction projects has been improved,
since it has been a very important technological digital tool due to its different updates and
new functions. In its interface, which has not only been novel, but has also generated
employment and new income, it is a very didactic, agile, innovative and effective tool for
modeling construction projects in 3 dimensions (3D).

Already knowing that it is BIM, the next thing is to know why it is important or
better because it is recommended to implement it, the answer is very simple since it is a
joint system where modeling works and its manages a database which is run in the program
. The program generates a real response and is also taken into everyday life, also another
advantage is that any change that is generated in the program is immediately and
automatically updated in the files that have been made, for example, if I delete one of a

 Problems have arisen when handling the program, this has mainly been due to the
fact that the proper attention and reading of the BIM manual was not paid, but these
problems are easy to solve with an adequate reading, the user should not be allowed to
