5 Gallon 50:1 Industrial Grease Pump and Packages
 Polyurethane Follower Plate
The single lip follower plate is suitable for 5-gallon standard grease pails, poly-
urethane seals provide good compatibility with grease. Generated by pump
weight and ram air cylinder, the downward pressure can force the material into
the inlet of lower end more effectively. The follower plate can create a reliable
seal to keep dusts and foreign particles away as well as to provide clean-wiping
action in its progressive downward movement in the pails.
 Mobility Extension
Caster wheels can be installed on the base plate, and a service kit can also
be ordered for installation of the handrail and wheels.
 Air Regulator & Filter
Two piggyback regulators/filters are placed respectively in front of the air
motor and the ram, to filter impurities in the compressed air as well as regu-
late the air pressure, enhancing reliability of the packages.
 Lift/Ram
The lift/ram is safer with an anti-rotation mechanism, and able to provide
adequate downward pressure to make pumping of high-viscosity grease
much easier.
 3.25” Ram Air Cylinder
Air cylinder can provide 8% additional downward pressure as compared with
3" competitive ram.
