This product is conditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA section 3(c)(7)(A)
provided that you:
1. Submit and/or cite all data required for registration of your product under FIFRA section
3(6)(5) when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data; and submit
acceptable responses required for re-registration of your product under FIFRA section 4.
2. Within 3 months of the date of this registration, submit five copies of a revised label
which makes the following changes:

A. Replace the two outdated “First Aid” statements with the appropriate statements listed in PR
Notice 2001-1.
B. Delete the “Environmental Hazards” statement. It is not needed because of the indoor end
use applications.
C. On page 2 of the label, change “...food home...” to “...food borne...”
D. Change “EPA Reg. No. 11631-2” to “EPA Reg. No. 74079-1”,
3. The following outstanding data listed below must be submitted by May 1, 2002, and found
acceptable. These data are required for the food and water uses on the label. We are allowing these uses
until these data are found acceptable, based on the existing FDA food contact approval for this product.
A. Sub-chronie, non-rodent feeding study (830.3150)
B. Two-generation reproductive study (870.3800)
This registration will expire automatically on May 1, 2003. All of the deficiencies listed above in items
#2 and #3 must be satisfied by the stated due dates for EPA to change the “Term of Issuance”. Your
release for shipment of the product constitutes acceptance of these conditions. A stamped copy
(accepted with comments) of the label is enclosed for your records.
