DATE : One of the most common questions many investigators face is, “How big a
sample size do I need? Do I have enough?” As different study designs approach
6 – 8 JUNE 2014 sample size considerations differently, this lingering quandary leaves the
investigator perplexed almost every time he or she plans a new study. With
