This represent a big issue for me because I use this phone for work. Therefore, I cannot
perform my regular tasks that my job requires. Last Monday, I communicated with customer
service to express my concerns. I explained that the phone is still under warranty, however, I
still have not received any response.
In addition, I paid a very high price for his phone, although this is the first time I have problems
with any LG product. Consequently, I would like to request a refund for the whole phone or,
otherwise, a new one.
