SUB: Application for requesting information under RTI
Requested sir/madam,
I, Resident of Hyderabad, Telangana State. I have applied to the
vacancy of various posts notified by this honorable court and paid
requisite fee for the application and incurred postal charges. The
vacancy of posts and notifications dated:-
1. Notification No.5000/MSJ/Adm/Hyd/2016, Dated 22-09-2016 for
the post of Jr.Assistant
2. Notification No.5002/2016/MSJ/Hyd, Dated 22-09-2016 for the
post of process server.
3. Notification No.4998/MSJ/Adm/Hyd/2016, Dated 22-09-2016 for
the post of copyist.
4. Notification No.4995/MSJ/Adm/Hyd/2016, Dated 22-09-2016 for
the post of Stenographer Grade III.
5. Notification No.4997/MSJ/Adm/Hyd/2016, Dated 22-09-2016 for
the post of Examiner.
6. Notification No.4999/MSJ/Adm/Hyd/2016, Dated 22-09-2016 for
the post of Typist.
7. Notification No.5001/MSJ/Adm/Hyd/2016,Dated 22-09-2016 for
the post of Driver.
 a. It had been a year ago, till now I didn’t know the exam dates and
about the hall tickets details. I’m unaware the status of the above
mentioned notifications.
b. Thus I’m seeking information under RTI about these notifications.
 What is the status of notifications?
 If these are active in status kindly mention the cause in reply for
the delay in conducting examination with valid and correct
information.
 If these notifications are rescinded, mention the cause in the reply
notice.
 How many applications received for above mentioned
notifications? Reply in number and in tabular form.
 Why the above notifications should do in offline mode?

c. The prerequisite fee for the application made with court fee stamp
as per the provisions of RTI ACT, 2005.
d. In case the subject in this RTI does not pertain to anybody then
kindly transfer this application to the appropriate Authority under
intimation to me. Please acknowledge receipt.
e. If any further charges needed for reply I shall pay upon the
intimation.
f. The information in the reply should be undersigned and stamped
by the concerned authority.
