SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, RICHIELYN B. MARQUEZ, RICARDO B. MARQUEZ, JR., AND

ROSALINDA B. MARQUEZ, legal children and lawful benificiaries of late
RICARDO MARQUEZ, SR., all Filipinos, and all single, with permanent
and postal address at Barangay Dos Hermanas, Talisay, Negros
Occidental, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and constitute MR.
ELMER T. LUZON, likewise of legal age, married and presently residing
at 01-0199 May-as St., Purok 2B, Brgy. 1, San Francisco, Agusan del
Sur, Philippines as our true and lawful attorney, for us and in our name,
place and stead for our own use and benefit, to do any or all of the
following acts and things to wit:

1. To apply for death claims and other claims in the name of our late
father RICARDO B. MARQUEZ, SR., that we can rightfully avail
before the SSS, Philhealth, Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program,
the Local Government Unit or any other similar institution;

2. To cause the process of the release of necessary documents

required for the said application before government agencies;

3. To sign, execute and deliver any document necessary for the said
application;

4. To demand, claim and receive money claims or any other claims

that can be lawfully received by us as the lawful beneficiaries in
connection to the abovementioned application;

5. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing authority.

Whereby giving and granting unto said attorney, full power and authority
to perform each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents
and purposes as we might or could do if personally present and acting,
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done and virtue of these presents.
