1. Job Details:
Position Title: Producer and Social Media Manager Age Limit: Below 35 Years
Project Manager – Digital & Media and
Reports to: Manager Administration, NCA Department: Digital & Media

2. Role Purpose:

• To create content and oversee production work process for BCCI - NCA Digital and Media properties
• To manage Social Media Handles of the NCA

3. Key Accountabilities:

• Work in close association with the NCA Staff (Coaches, Strength & Conditioning, Physiotherapy) and
BCCI producers to develop different program ideas and concepts.
• Strategize, Curate, Edit and Manage content for NCA
• Develop a clear sitemap of the type of content that can be churned out from different departments
(S&C, Coaches, Players & Physiotherapy)
• Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development.
• Manage BCCI & NCA Content management system.
• Complete relevant research work for the projects by gathering knowledge and information
from the available resources.

• Actively participate in the creative work by getting involved in the development of features,
interviews and other video/article content, also suggesting improvements if needed.
• Create a repository of videos and photos that can be used at regular intervals and set timelines to
publish content
• Handling the editing, packaging and supervision of post-production work
• Create, shoot, edit, collaborate, and produce video content as per requirement.

• Should possess excellent knowledge on the technical aspects involved in the production and
should be able to operate different types of tools and production equipment.
• Keep track of digital trends, create content around them and analyse the results of work.
• Handling official social media accounts for NCA.
• Prepare accurate status reports.
• Escalation of issues, as appropriate to project stakeholders/ management.

7. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 4 years’ working in the Digital/Media/Operations of an elite sport or relevant field.
• A good knowledge of cricket
• Experience in pre and post-production for video content
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
