Castle Mimi

Mimi family mansion is an architectural


monument of national importance from Bulboaca
village , Anenii Noi (Moldova) , built in the late
nineteenth century.
Construction manor initiated in order
Besarabian politician Constantin Mimi , finished
in 1900. Its architecture was taken from French
practice. It is belived that the mansion was the
first “chateau” from Bassarabia.
In 2011 began the renovation of the buildings
which will become an attraction for tourists.
With performing reconstruction , the mansion
has acquired name “Castle Mimi” in honor of
its founder.
In this winery will include: a museum , a
conference room , a hotel , a restaurant and two
tasting rooms.
Castle cellar have a capacity of 300.000 liters
of wine , stored in barrels. Here producing
different kinds of wines such as: Pinot Grigio ,
Merlot Rose , Red of Bulboaca , Ice Wine ,
Chardonnay , Sauvignon blanc.
