De Chen Gyal Po Kun Zang Gyal Wa Du
Bon Ku Kun Tu Zang Po King of Great Bliss source of all Enlightenment

མི་བ%ེད་ག)ངས་,ན་ཤེས་རབ་0་བའི་སེང
Mi Je Zung Dhen She Rab Ma We Seng
Zok Ku Ma Wi Seng Ge Deity of wisdom whose quality is to never forget

འཛམ་%ིང་བོན་+ི་ག-ག་.ན་མཉམ་མེད་པ།
Zam Ling Bon Gyi Tsuk Gyen Nyam Me Pa
Tul Ku Nyam Me Sherab Gyaltsen Crown ornament of Bon

ཤེས་རབ་'ལ་མཚན་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།

Refuge to three supreme jewels

གཤེན་རབ་(་མ་*་ག+མ་འ-ང་གནས་དཔལ།
Shen Rab La Ma Ku Sum Jung Ne Pal
Supreme master magnificent source of the three bodies

!ས་ག%མ་བདེར་གཤེགས་འ-ོ་བ་ཡོངས་1ི་མགོན།
Du Sum Der Shek Dro Wa Yong Chi Gon
To the enlightened once of the three times

!་ག$གས་ཞལ་(ིན་!་ག+ང་ག-ང་རབ་0ེན།
Ku Zuk Zhal Chin Ku Dung Sung Rab Ten
To the stupas and scriptures that represent the enlightened ones and their teachings

!ོགས་བ'འི་གཤེན་རབ་ཐར་ལམ་1ོན་པའི་3ོན།
Chok Chu Shen Rab Thar Lam Ton Pai Dron
To the enlightened ones of the ten directions that are the lamps on the path of liberation

གནས་བཞིར་)ག་འཚལ་འ-ོ་/ན་0བས་1་མཆི།
Ne Zhir Chak Tsal Dro Kun Chap Su Chi
I respect and take refuge in these four supreme places

COMPASSION

ཇི་$ར་&ལ་བ་འཕགས་པ་ཇི་བཞིན་0།
Ji Tar Gyal Wa Phag Pa Ji Zhin Dhu
As the enlightened ones and compassionate ones have done

འདི་སོགས་(ས་ག)མ་དགེ་བའི་མ-་དཔལ་0ིས།
Di Sog Dhu Sum Ge Wi Thu Pal Gyi
And by the power of good virtues I have accumulated during the tree times

སེམས་ཅན་སངས་(ས་ཐོབ་པར་.་བའི་%ིར།
Sem Chen Sang Gye Thop Par Ja Wi Chir
And in order to bring all sentient beings to enlightenment

བདག་ནི་'ང་)བ་མཆོག་-་སེམས་བ0ེད་དོ།
Dak Ni Jang Chup Chok Tu Sem Che Dho
I am generating the mind of compassion

བདག་དང་འ'ོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་/ི།
DAG DHANG DRO WA SEM CHEN THAM CHE KYI
On behalf of all sentient beings

ཚ"་རབས་ཐོག་མ་དཔག་-་མེད་པ་ནས།
TSE RAB THOG MA PAG TU ME PA NE
Since the beginning of endless lifetimes

ཐ་མ་ད་%འི་(ས་འདི་*ངས་པ་ཡན་ཆད་0།
THA MA DA TE LU DI LANG PA YEN CHE DU
Only now, when I have obtained this present human body

!ིག་པ་མི་དགེ་ལས་+མས་ཅི་བ.ིས་པ།
DIG PA MI GE LE NAM CHI GYI PA
Can I acknowledge whatever negative actions we have committed

བདེར་གཤེགས་)ེད་ལ་མི་འཆབ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
DER SHEK CHED LA MI CHAP THOL LO SHAG
And honestly confess them to you, enlightened ones, with full transparency

OFFERING UNIVERSE

ཨེ་མ་འ&ང་(འི་*ེང་+་རི་རབ་རི་བ+ན་དང།
E MA JUNG NGE TENG DU RI RAB RI DUN DHANG
Oh wonderful! Based upon the five elements are the seven mountains and concentric mountain rings

!ིང་བཞི་!ིང་'ན་)ི་ནང་འདོད་ཡོན་བཅས།
LING ZHI LING DREN CHI NANG DHO YON CHE
The four continents and subcontinents together with the external and internal qualities of the senses

ཉི་$ས་བ'ན་པ་*ེ་བ་,ག་བ'་འདི།
NYI DHE GYEN PA JHE WA DRAG GYA DI
And the billion universes ornamented with suns and moons

བདག་གི་&ོས་&ངས་འ+ལ་ལོ་བཞེས་/་གསོལ།
DAG GI LOE LANG BUL LO ZHE SU SOL
Please accept this offering from my heart

CONTEMPLATION MEDITATION

ཨ་#$་%ཾ། !་ཨ་དཀར་སལེ་འོད་ཨ་ཡ་!-་འ"།
A OM HUNG AH A KAR SA LE OE A YANG OM DHU

A– Represents (Bon Ku) essence body

OM – Represents (Dzogku) body of perfection
Hung – Represents (Tulku) body of emanation
AH – Nature of stability or firmness
A– Essence of non-appearance of any thoughts
KAR – Purified instincts
SA LE – Non-duality
OE – Light
A– Bodies of enlightened ones
YANG – Source of wisdom
OM – Five Bodies and Five Wisdoms
DU – Nature of Mind

8) ངན་སོང་དོང་'ག་)ིང་པོ། Healing Mantra

ཨ་དཀར་ཨ་&ད་'་(ི་*་ནག་པོ་ཞི་ཞི་མལ་མལ་2ཱ4།
A KAR A ME DU TI SU NAG PO ZHI ZHI MAL MAL SO HA

A KAR – Purity of the Nature of Mind

A ME – Primordial (original) wisdom in the form of clear light
DU TI SU – Purifies the suffering of the three lower realms
NAG PO – Purifies negative action and its karmic obscurations
ZHI ZHI – Purifies the suffering of cyclic existence
MAL MAL – Enriches the mind with great bliss
SO HA – Eliminates the conceptual mind

Compasssion mantra

OM MA TRI MU YE SA LE DU

OM – Tonpa Shenrab – Representing Compassion

MA – Great Loving – Mother representing Love
TRI – Mucho Dhemdruk – Anger transformed into Love
MU – Sangwa Ngan Ring – Attachment transformed into Generosity
YE – Ti Sang Rang Shi – Ignorance transformed into Awareness
SA – Dra Jin Pung Pa – Jealousy transformed into Openness
LE – Chegyal Parti – Pride transformed into Peacefulness
DU – Yeshen Tsukphu – Laziness transformed into Wisdom
