Strengths of previous manual system
● Doesn’t involve electricity, internet, software and server to complete
● Doesn’t need proper training and workshop for the new staff to do th

● Most of data recorded on paper.
● It takes a lot of time to retrieve specific document or file.
● All the fine need to be manually calculated by the librarian.
● Inefficient for librarian to make monthly report as all of the record m
