Introduction

It’s a tool designed by dev-central community to help engineers directly connect to F5 devices.
Once connected you can view existing rules and also write new rules and save them.
The tool also suggest commands as you type them, saving your efforts of remembering
commands.

Using Tool
STEP 1: Get the Tool from F5 DC

STEP 2: Install Application On Computer

STEP 3: Connect to F5

● Go to File > Connect

● Put IP and login credentials

STEP 4: Create Rule

● Go to File > New

● Write iRule
● Go to File > Save

1. To Validate Rule

● Go to Configuration utility
● Go to LTM > iRules > iRule List
● Check newly created rule in the list
