Capstone Project Requirements 

Following requirements are determined for a capstone project: 
 
i. There may be several approaches for achieving the aim of the project and students are 
encouraged to choose their own method. 
ii. Colaboration amongst team members should be a necessity and work load distribution 
must be carried out by team members. 
iii. Survey of contemporary literature is a necessity. 
iv. Students must be aware about the social, environmental, ethical and economical impact 
of the result of project. 
v. Work done in project should be documented in a standart format. 
vi. Each team must present their work in front of a jury. Jury members should be assigned 
by program coordinator, including at least one external member. 
vii. Capstone project continues for two semesters. Students who have taken the first 
graduation project before February 2013, took the second project as capstone project for 
one semester.
