Employment of Domestic Staff

 

This is to certify that I am willing to give undertaking as

follows:-
.      I will ensure that any domestic staff employed
does not have travel history.
.     I will ensure the employed domestic staff does
not have any sickness history during the period of
lockdown.
.   I will ensure all Govt. regulations currently enforced
are fully complied with.
.   I will encourage the domestic staff to download
Govt. Arogya Setu App.
.  I will ensure that the we/she will complete the strict
quarantine period of 14 days and shall not be stepping
out of our home for next 14 days.
.   In the event of any sickness reported I will
immediately quarantine the staff and inform Estate
Manager and Govt. authority.
