HPE Certification and Learning Policies

Admission Policy
Please Note: Web-based exams must be finished within 24 hours of purchase.

We ask that you arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you
adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. Please be prepared to show two (2) valid forms of
personal ID. Both must have your signature, and one must be a government issued picture ID. If you arrive more than
15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be refused admission and fees may be forfeited.

No personal items may be taken into the testing room. This includes all bags, books not authorized by the sponsor,
notes, phones, pagers, watches and wallets.

Reschedule Policy
If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE one business day prior to your scheduled
appointment. Rescheduling less than one business day prior to your appointment may result in forfeiting your fees.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE one business day prior to your scheduled
appointment. Canceling a test less than one business day prior to your appointment or missing your test may result in
forfeiting your fees.

Additional Information
Exam Security Policy

Prior to taking an HPE Certification and Learning exam, you will be presented with and must agree to the conditions
presented in the HPE Candidate Agreement. Please note that using unauthorized certification-examination "study
materials" from online vendors, brain-dumps, blogs test preparation Web sites violates your Candidate Agreement with
HPE. Using these materials may result in the loss of your certification. If you feel you have obtained unauthorized
material by mistake, you should not take this exam and report the situation to examsecurity@hpe.com. Voluntary
reporting of this information and support in determining how it was obtained will not result in loss of HPE certifications.

Please note: HPE reserves the right to adjust exam prices based on changes in currency.

Minimum Requirements for Web Based Exams:

Screen resolution equal to or greater than 1024 x 768

Flash version 9 or greater
Internet Explorer version 7 or greater
Firefox version 3 or greater

Zoom must be set to default (100%)

You are advised to turn off the popup blocker in your browser in order to avoid graphics display issues. If you have any
third party pop blockers, those should be disabled as well.
 If a different browser is detected when launching an exam or if the other requirements are not met, then the software
will not allow the candidate to proceed.

IE9 users must return to 100% zoom by pressing ctrl+0.

Web-Based Exams

HPE2/HP2, HPE3/HP3 and HPE5/HP5 are online, web-based exams. They offer the convenience of 24-hour access
for exam administration. Keep in mind that these exams are timed, just as they would be in a test center, and MUST BE
COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE.

Av. Juarez y por Prolongacion Reforma, sin embargo el acceso por esta ultima es complicado debido a los trabajos del
Distribuidor Juarez-Serdan.

Si llega por la Av. Juarez, dobla a mano derecha hacia Av. Reforma Sur hasta llegar a la Clinica La Paz, en esa Y sigue
usted a mano derecha una vez mas, hasta topar con la Av. Teziutlan Sur, en la esquina a mano izquierda esta E-Educacion
enfrente de Inmobiliaria Bonilla.

Si llega por Prolongacion Reforma, avanza usted hasta una Farmacia Guadalajara, y en ese punto dobla a mano izquierda
sobre la Av. Teziutlan Sur, por donde esta Bancomext, hasta la primera cuadra que es la Av. Reforma Sur. En esa
contraesquina a mano izquierda estamos ubicados.
