NetNumen U31 integrated network management system developed by ZTE uses mature and advanced network
management architecture and provides many sorts of northbound interface on the basis of JAVA platform. So it
can easily integrate with the network management systems provided by the third party (e.g. IBM, HP, etc.). It is a
highly customer-friendly, carrier-class and cross-platform integrated network management system.

It provides high disaster-tolerance network management solution (local and remote dual-device mode). So
when one server in the system breaks down, the standby server will take its job to make sure smooth service
and improving user satisfaction. The in-band and out-band network management channels, acting as mutual

The system uses JAVA language and cross-platform feature, so it gives support to Linux, UNIX and

It gives real-time monitoring to equipment, network and service failures. Besides, warnings displayed by
email, SMS, sound and light are also supported.

Multiple warning customization rules provide master-slave warning integration and analysis of warning

Flexible event, notice, warning query and statistic services are provided.

Make backup for network configuration file and version file; Provide in-batch configuration deployment to

7. Powerful Network Statistic Service Ensures Sound Network Quality

The system can carry out statistic service for all kinds of system performance, for example CPU, memory,
traffic, latency. Also it can process all sorts of resources e.g. port, VLAN and MAC, and generates statistics
on the demands of network service and market service; after setting threshold, the system can generate
warning automatically when traffic exceeds the preset threshold. So before the network quality is ruined,
related warnings can be arose to guarantee network quality.

8. Complete Security Management Enables Safe and Controllable System

NetNumen U31 provides multiple security levels, so different management requirements as per different
management areas, management ranges, and management services can be set with different management
authorities, which enables safe management and eliminates

potential risks; by providing integrated security log, operation log and system log, it makes the system
