A company which shows proud of supporting peoples life, do not suppor its workers life?

Why
shows indifference over their necessities, demeans, helping them to delovelop their owns life , not
overloaded them,
could be possible that by not supporting their workers that has an impact over their service users?
Workers feel demotivated getting more and more responsibilities as your months within the
company increase and the salary doesn't get any better.
