I believe that, the meeting was not good enough, because if someone wants to join the
meeting that should be prepared with an agenda, through that way you can easily present what
you want to share.

If I was him, I might be well prepared for meeting and have good acknowledgement of an issue
that we are going to discussed. The agenda must include important topics, which I maybe brief
on that during meeting and that will help me to know and understand about issues. If someone
participating in the meeting he should read and understand about the issues that are going to be
discussed.

Before OD consultant has come to Denton office, he had to understand, from where the material
comes from? for the truck manufacturing company? And how to manage all these?

Q2. The consultant behavior was very effective, because during the consultation he was listening
very carefully to Denton. As we know, when someone is conducting the consultation, he should
use the empathetically listing which helps beneficiaries to trust you and share some important
topics with you without any fear.

Q3. It was very affected, during the discussion, finally they shared their thought and idea’s which
mean both side accepted the agreement.

Q4. How would you design the upcoming retreat?

Answer: Before retreat comes up, I should work on a team, which includes some staff member
like, 10/15. And these staff member will defend and solve the upcoming retreat. I think this
would be the best way against upcoming retreat. Such as Location for the retreat, Hiring of
someone to facilitate the discussions, Making agenda and plan for retreat and many more.
