Scope and Delimitation (Traffic)

The subject considered was the Liberation Blvd. Intersection (in front of Cj’s Empanada) whereas
there are 12 movements – Eastbound; Thru, Left and Right- Westbound; Thru, Left and right-
Southbound; Thru, Left and Right – Northbound; Thru, Left and Right. The data is limited to the facts
obtained during the conduct from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM of October 31, 2019. The said intersection is
unsignalized. This study is exploratory in nature such that the output needs to be authenticated for
further study to come up with more accurate and definite tool for other unsignalized in the urbanized
area.

Scope and Delimitation (Parking)

This research present the parking patrol survey conducted at University of Northern Philippines.
The main focus of this study is circling around the parking conditions of the streets and also limited in
the eastern part of the university. This study also includes a little discussion on the traffic flow as a result
of unimplemented parking regulations. Other things besides the given initiations on this study are
outside its consent.
